Gone are the days of booking.com and hoping for the best. With property and the short-stay market exceedingly hot, properties are now looking to brand their spaces as an added appeal for potential guests. Penthouse il Paradiso engaged Matilda Wilson Creative to develop a full visual identity suite for the premises as well as an in-depth style guide and publication, this ensured that all communications were directly speaking to their audience and properly indicative of the space itself. What was created was a free flowing, yet sophisticated identity that cleverly piqued interest through dynamic illustrative elements and a strong level of personalisation, especially demonstrated through the locations watermark being an ode to ‘The Skillion’ which to locals is an iconic landmark synonymous with Terrigal.
An Immersive Stay
By utilising a strong first-hand basis knowledge of the area, Penthouse il Paradiso is able to extend the appeal of their property into a concierge style approach. Their guests are given a locals guide to the area, covering the main subjects of; Dining, Strolling and Playing which are signified through our custom made iconography.
