Salute is a sustainably oriented home meal business, by The Little Harvest, which is a food truck business servicing the Central Coast and greater New South Wales, specialising in bespoke events and catering. 

 

Defined by their personalised approach and passion for food, The Little Harvest brings forth a unique dining experience in both culinary exploration and setting, both at events and now, at home.

Matilda Wilson Creative were responsible for the art direction of the brand, branding development, content creation, packaging and label design, print media and brand strategy. All of which involved an entrenched consideration towards environmental practices and an emphasis on Australian made printing and packaging.

Re-thinking sustainable brands

Due to the sustainability message being at the forefront of Salute, we wanted to create a brand image that communicated this message clearly, but did so in a way that cut through the noise on social media and presented their young, conscious demographic with a fun, edgy brand. What we landed on what muted photography, simple packaging and an emphasis on blackletter typography.
